The reception service is really frustating. Most of the time you call, it will be engaged. Luckily if get someone pickup call, they put me on hold for auch long time incredibly. Iam not really happy with the reception service. Please improve assistance. Thanks
Worst team ever, they never answer the phone, not friendly!!!! Not recommended at all.
Waited in line for 45 minutes to be told ‘we’re not accepting walkins today it’s on our website (it’s not) appointments today only’ so I asked if I could make an appointment and the receptionist told me it’s walk-ins only… Also terrible attitude by the receptionist in general. I have to go to this one as it’s the only one near me so I’ll be back but I probably wont be happy again.
Great experience. Doctor was thorough and really listened to my issues, as well as properly explained the next course of action. The receptionist is an absolute breath of fresh air, wonderful and patient. You need you arrive at least 1.5 to 1 hour before opening to secure a good spot in line.
Visited for the first time a couple days ago, Dr. Dionne was very kind and helpful. FCFS slots for the day fill very quickly, and the wait is expectedly long if you don't get there early before opening. You can walk around the square to burn time though!
