Dr.Farzam is very kind , knowledgeable and supportive.
Waiting time is horrible and the receptionist is unprofessional. I waited as if I was in the Emerg at the hospital. After 2.5 hours of waiting I asked her when am I being seen by the doctor and she relied that there were 8 patients ahead of me but I counted 9 patients that went ahead Then I asked again when is it my turn and she replied there were 3 more patients before me. This is frustrating as if she owns this place and makes her own rules.
I had a really good experience here, yeah the wait time is around 1hr but the attention of the doctor was 100% worth of it, she was really nice and attentive, also the receptionist was nice and understanding, If I knew how to make them my family doctor I would make them 100% 😅
Very unprofessional for a medical clinic to keep its entrance doors wide open for extended periods. This creates unnecessary concerns around patient privacy, cleanliness, and infection control. Patients discussing medical issues should not feel exposed to people outside, and a healthcare environment should be taking reasonable steps to limit outside contaminants and germs from entering.
