Excellent in every possible way, communication, transparency. Very skilled and professional.
Definitely the best quality dental care in the area, however all staff could use more training on providing trauma-informed care. Dental care in folks experiencing mental health challenges and/or history of trauma is tricky, and all staff from front-desk admin, to hygienists, to dentists could use some training on how to care for this population. Dental visits don’t need to include shaming and judgement in their advice/recommendations to patients.
Highly recommended! The clinic is very clean and well-organized, and the staff are amazing. Tori, the receptionist, is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Zoey assisted me during my full exam and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. A big thank you to Dr. Alexia for her professionalism as well. Emilie did a fantastic job with my teeth cleaning—I’m very happy with the care I received!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Holm and Tori at the front desk! I’ve had ongoing dental issues, and Dr. Holm was incredibly thorough in finding the exact problems and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident about my treatment. Tori was just as amazing—very professional, helpful, and welcoming.
