This was my favorite local car wash. The card reader said it approved my card, the wash never turned on. I tried again… same result. It took $17. I tried calling to get my money back, one of the owners answered once and said “it shows pending, call us back if it goes through on your end and we will give you a refund”. Very disappointing experience. Over the course of two separate visits, the credit card machine charged me, but no service was provided. The coin machine also failed to dispense coins after I inserted cash providing no refund. I contacted the phone number listed at the location to resolve these issues but never received a response. At this point, the car wash has no oversight or accountability. I would strongly recommend not coming here.
First stall was out of order. Had I not been paying close attention, I wouldn’t have noticed the faded tape used to advertise it. Pulled into a new stall and everything looked fine, until the machine started and I realized the selector knob was stripped out and it would only allow the use of the wax selection. Did not want wax as I only wanted to clean my truck bed out. Will never visit again.
This place always has issues. Can never find a self service wash that works without issues. The latest issue for today, I’m pretty sure they have new credit card charging machines, and it just took my money after trying twice and the machine never started.
