We've lived in DC for over 5 years now and up until Covid, always felt like walking or taking public transit where sufficient means of travel. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL,EASY TO DEAL WITH, NICE QUALITY BIKES. SHOP WAS CLEAN,ORDERLY AND MECHANICS WERE FRIENDLY. THE SCOOTER FOR SALE HAD A GOOD PRICE,RAN GOOD, EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. THE OWNER EVEN LOOKED UP PARTS FOR A BIKE I WAS WORKING THAT I COULD NOT FIND. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY LOOKING FOR A SCOOTER.
The employees along with Bianca were very insightful about the scooters they were selling. The information they gave me was beneficial , it helped me along each step of the process from buying to even registering in DC. The overall process was simple and easy.
Its been about a month with my 125cc Lance Cabo that I bought from College Scooters for commuting purposes, and it's been so great! Navid was super helpful with information about different types of scooters that they offered and was able to get the exact bike I wanted ordered!
College Park scooters is just fantastic! Every staff member I have spoken to is always willing to go above and beyond to help! Zane Bensing on the sales team is just a great guy to work with, so helpful and knowledgeable. My son is a freshman at UMD and we purchased a scooter for him to use on campus, his first so of course we needed some help and these guys are just the best! Price, service and just all around great customer service! 10 stars for me!
