Great manager and apartment maintenance. Reasonable rent!
RecommendedWhen I moved in in summer 2018 the complex was clean and well managed. Roofs are being replaced and trees trimmed, signs of careful management that wants the complex to be kept up. There is eclectic landscaping, a wonderful thing in the apartment world. I like that parking is very close and assigned, and I have a teeny tiny outdoor space that's my own.
the managers dont get me started on them....they pick and choose who they like and want in that complex i also know for a fact there are pedophiles who live there and managers know about it. so if yall wanna live in a messed up complex where murders and break in happen go for it.... they will kick u out if they decide they dont like u and maintenance there sucks. feel bad for the friends i know that live there....
This is a great place to live with kids and family i love being here when i am here with my son the management is great at what they do the place is looking up and clean. Yes there was stuff that happened here but every place has things happen. You see kids out playing in the front in the the bikes and playing in the sprinkler. I hope to live here with my son. Not the best but are good with people. Even with people with disabilities or older people.
My sister, brother, and I just moved our 92 mother out of this place. And I am so happy she moved. If you decide to rent here, go in with your eyes wide open. Do not expect maintenance and if you get maintenance, be prepared to accept whatever you get. Make sure that your apartment meets your standards PRIOR to moving in. And when you move out, don't bother to clean to get your deposit back, you will be wasting your time.
