The leasing office staff is extremely understaffed to meet the needs of the residents. The situation has gotten worse and last year literally every resident was told they owed back rent some people owing thousands of dollars even though they were paying their rent per their recertification. The new management company, Enterprise has done no justice to helping the situation and should be fined for the mismanagement of this community.
