CPY is the best place that I have practiced yoga. The instructors are great!

Currently on my honeymoon with my amazing husband having a wonderful time but I am already thinking about the soonest I can get back into CPY! I absolutely fell in love with this studio. I am super new to yoga but have been dealing with anxiety for years and years and a good friend recommended CPY. After the first class I was walking out in tears of happiness. This is truly an amazing place...Calvin and Theresa are true yogis and I feel privileged to be their student. I moved to Orlando few years ago and I am not really sure what I would do without CPY. When I travel I am always glad to get home and back to the studio, my other "home".
