Ok when you see "average" I mean for the college area. The 2 bed 1 1/2 bath is great for 2 college students. The bedrooms are exactly the same size so no rent debates. Inside the apartments are fine, nothing spectacular, nothing particularly bad.The question is whether or not the area is for you. You have to be with loud sometimes chaotic neighbors.
