We had a great experience with PT after knee surgery. Dr. Calvin was very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. Dr. Vincent also provided treatments and was very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic, as well. The exercise equipment was kept clean and perfect for our needs. Chris, the rehab tech was so helpful, kind and attentive to our needs. Front office staff was very helpful and made it easy to set up appointments. If we need PT in the future, we will go back to Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation.
We sent appointment requests online and never got a response. When I tried to call, I was treated terribly because I said I didn’t have insurance and it seemed the only thing that mattered was whether I could pay the initial fee. Impossible to deal with the admin staff so cannot even try the therapists unfortunately.
The therapists and assistants are great! But the management is unresponsive. For example, requests to take the news off the TV monitors go unheeded. How does it help patients to watch violence while exercising? Why not nature films? Also, the therapists should choose the music, not management. Finally, how many years has it been in that facility and there still is no automatic door opener at the street entrance????
Mom Mother has been doing rehab here for over 6 months with Santiago. Everyone from the support staff to the PT’s in training have been extremely helpful & kind. I highly recommend them!!
My experience at College Park Physical Therapy and Hand Rehabilitation has been a pleasant one. Thanks to my therapist Vincent for his professionalism, patience, attentiveness, and great massages. Whenever I have flare-ups, I can rest assured that his massages and considerate expertise will bring relief of my pain. The technicians and staff were very friendly and pleasant. The environment is clean and conducive to your healing process. I would highly recommend them for their great attentiveness for their patients' healing .
