This is the first review I have ever written. If I could give negative stars I would! I took my dad here to get him diagnosed with Alzheimer's at end of March 2022. She warned me that she was short staffed and may take up to a month to get back to us. Fine, no problem, everyone is short staffed, I get it! Over a month later I began reaching out to get answers. Therapist ghosted me after 4 years of being her patient. No reason. Now I'm left trying to find a new therapist on my own.
Still have not received my paperwork from my evaluation over a year ago. Copays and insurance was all paid and dozens of phones calls and voicemails were ignored. I even had multiple people on my medical team reach out and they were also ignored. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I wish zero stars were an option.
My mom is still waiting for her results. Its been 9 months. My mom paid her copay and her insurance has paid. She had several appointments canceled on her. If you have any other options for care even if you have to walk barefoot over broken glass and hepatitis infected needles, i would whole heartedly recommend taking that option.
