unprofessional and rude I asked the lady that was onsite if we could cut our locks off as we lost the keys. She said sure you can or we could cut them off for you. Well I already had bolt cutters so we went to our storage. And the lady that we just talked to started yelling from her van. Saying we need to leave the premises and we could not cut our locks. She knew she just talked to us. Strange place! Will not do business with this place again.
