Dr.Fern has always been nothing but knowledgeable,honest,kind and helpful. I have been his patient for 18 years.
Staff "can't" process payment over the phone. If someone makes it difficult to do business with them, don't. There's lots of medi-clinics in town and I'm thankful I went to a different one.
DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY YOUR TIME BEING WASTED **** The doctor at this office is like 90 years old and very hard to deal with, I have waited 3 hours in his office to have my appointment then wait nearly a day an a half for my prescription to get faxed over to the pharmacy, I could go on for hours with stories from this place, save yourself the headache STAY AWAY FROM DR FERN
SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE, completely rude to his patients and your time means nothing to him , after sitting in his office for multiple hours I go to the pharmacy and my prescription isn’t there , I have to call back to his office multiple times, he makes things a lot more difficult then they really have to be, frankly I think he enjoys making ppl miserable: THIS GUY SHOULD HAVE HAD HIS MEDICAL LICENSE REVOKED 20 YEARS AGO
