Tiffany in the billing department was extremely rude and when asking billing questions was very short and not forthcoming. Asked her to send me a statement as the copay stated was $30 more than what it should be and still have yet to receive it. Very disappointed with the interaction.
I passed out getting my IUD replaced and the nurse (Reagan I think) and Dr. Lewis were so kind and patient with me and waited with me for like half an hour until I was well enough to leave and I can’t thank them enough. I felt so vulnerable and terrible and Reagan talked to me and tried to keep my mind off things and was just so nice to me the whole time I really appreciate her so much.
Dr Lewis and the whole staff treat me so well listen to my problems and show how much they care about their patients. I would highly highly recommend this place.
The worse service ever, schedule for today 11 am and when I went to the appointment, they claimed that am scheduled Wednesday. The problem I have the record voice and the receptionist lying on my face that she said Wednesday. i wish can I give this place - 20 stars.
I have been going there for 20 + years! Every appointment has been a blessed experience . Staff is always smiling friendly and so positive!! The office is clean and always smells nice! I think it would be hard to find a group of compassionate professionals as great as this office has!!!
