I have consistently great experiences with Brenna, a dental hygienist at College Park Dental Clinic. She is gentle and thorough. I can tell she has a high attention to detail. I always leave with the cleanest mouth in town. Also, she listens to me when I talk about my teeth and answers all my questions in a way I can understand. I think I learn something new about how to care for my teeth every time I see her. It's awesome! Can't recommend her highly enough.
Excellent work from all the staff, and Dr. Doug! Would highly recommend!
Please do not support Ryan Gallagher. He is in it for the money, not the people. He referred me to his wife for starters, a a periodontist, which should be a conflict of interest, then recommended me having an implant pulled and replaced. All this after seeing me once! And I only saw him be lcause my previous dentist retired, who was fabulous. So now by the time this nightmare experience is all done, I will have spent over $7,000 for an implant that was never causing me any problems to begin with. There is an article about i... read more
So, I've been scared of the dentist since I was a child (thanks, that one traumatic experience) and I adored Dr. Walker. I do not like his replacement; he did absolutely nothing to help me feel safe and comfortable, ie something absolutely necessary for me in a dentist. He asked if I'd had a traumatic injury to my jaw, sent my jaw x-ray to a specialist for a second opinion, and when I asked if it was something I should be worried about, he gave a very noncommittal answer - my anxiety ran rampant until I got the results back.... read more
Dr Ryan Gallagher has absolutely no bedside manner. We felt like he was not listening to our concerns & dismissed our dental anxiety. Sent me to an oral surgeon after he said “I think you have oral cancer”. It was the worst 2 weeks of waiting only to be told by the oral surgeon that he saw nothing of concern. Very bad experience since this dentist took over what once was an excellent dentist office.
