This leasing office does not care about handling problems between leasees nor do they care about presenting clean apartments to leasers. When I moved in it took 7 rounds of deep cleaning the carpet for the water to run clear. Over priced, poor staffing, and generally disgusting apartments. pretty cheap tho
The community is great and the rooms are nice for college life
decent location, mostly responsive, poor amenities compared to other places. right across from campus and very walkable to downtown area. had a few flooding incidents here that were poorly handled.
I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with College Park at Midtown. Dylan in the leasing office is so nice and helpful. All maintenance requests have been fulfilled within 24 hours of submission. The locations are fantastic for any of their apartments. I loved living in this apartment for the last year and a half.
I rented with College Park at Midtown for 2 years, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The location is unbeatable - just steps from the UF campus. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from day one. If I ever needed help from the maintenance team, they were always quick to respond and always going above and beyond to help. If you’re looking for a great place to live near UF, I highly recommend College Park at Midtown!
