Living here was fine enough and the maintenance people were always great, however, it has been 104 days since our lease ended and we STILL have not received our security deposit back after having to dispute unfair deductions.
Shoutout Dan and Dylan, two members of the college park staff, for carrying a couch down the street to my apartment. So attentive and kind! We couldn't have done it without you!!! Life savers for real. We love the avenues apartments as well.

My daughter recently moved into one of their properties there and it was a great experience moving in. Although the apartment is very old, they delivered a clean apartment; we didn't even need to dust the shelves, it was CLEAN! I made a mistake and forgot to do something before move in day; they helped me fix it on the spot. We are looking forward to a great three years of renting there!
I have lived in a lot of places but I have never worked with office staff that was this polite, professional, and accommodating! Dylan and his whole crew do an amazing job!
