I lived in College Park for two years: do not lease from them. Some buildings are poorly maintained. There’s bugs and water damage everywhere. Once, my ceiling nearly collapsed from water damage. The staff and maintenance do not care about residents. They have shut off water and electricity on me a few times without prior notice. When asking to be able to move out the evening of July 31 vs 10am to have time to travel from Orlando, this is the response received. Caitlyn Davis is a superb leasing specialist. Friendly, knowledgeable efficient- so good at her job! Thank you for making the process of finding an apartment so much less stressful than anticipated. Would recommend working with Caitlyn over and over to friends.
This leasing office does not care about handling problems between leasees nor do they care about presenting clean apartments to leasers. When I moved in it took 7 rounds of deep cleaning the carpet for the water to run clear. Over priced, poor staffing, and generally disgusting apartments. pretty cheap tho
The community is great and the rooms are nice for college life
