Honestly these were the best apartments we lived in while in Rexburg. The management is great! They are super responsive and give you ample notice and don’t throw in any unsuspected charges. Maintenance is fast. Location is great!! Walk to the grocery store, Main Street, the school, right next to walking paths and the field. The apartments are old but the price is still very reasonable considering how much rents have been going up in the area. Great ward too.
Great neighborhood and location! However management and the owner are not the best. The laundry room was broken for 6 months... And they threaten to raise rent often.
I love College Park Apartments!! You get a spacious 2-bedroom apartment for a good rate! And,if you're a student, the campus is within walking distance! So is Broliums. Great location, great price, nice looking interior. I love this place! Soooo nice and for a great price!
