These apartments suck. The new management is what sucks. They are criminals. The management is partying with the residents. Selling pills. Asking residents for drugs. Maintenance and management have been seen entering apartments. It has been reported to the property management company but they are not concerned. All they care about is getting money. They should screen their employees.
I have lived at College Park Apartments for almost 3 years. I love this place. The rent is very affordable compared with others in the same area. Management is fantastic. If you have a concern, management addresses it right away. College Park is a very quiet complex for the most part. The complex next to it is newer, but a lot louder. I would recommend these apartments to anyone without hesitation.
I have lived at College Park Apartments for a year now and I have LOVED it. Mgmt and Maintance Staff are GREAT! Lolly has been here forever and knows everyone. When you walk into the office, they call you by name and make you feel at home. Any problems I have had in the apt, maintance is always there to correct it. The grounds are beautiful. sorry lying management, they pick on defenseless, disabled people who can not fight back. they lie, and then change the rules as they want to. manager needs to lose her job. she is lazy, and a big fat liar. i could go on and on. i will probably come back and give all the info later. i am considering suing this apartment complex, and the manager. owners beware, feds are coming.
I have personally had an overall good time at these apartments. I have lived here for almost 6 years now. The rent is a little higher than I would like, but the neighborhood is extremely safe. I walk to places all the time, regardless of if it is night time or day. Lots of businesses around, including a large selection of places to eat. The Staff is pretty good for the most part.
