If you plan on living here expect to pay $1,000+ on move out because tenants are expected to pay for these units as if they own them, and get everything in writing because they will go back on their word. I’ve never heard of an apartment complex charging the residents for repairs that are beyond their control, like air conditioning repairs and ceiling leaks. Seems like they take advantage of the younger residents. Would not recommend.
RecommendedWe just moved in in the middle of July. So far these apartments have met and exceeded my expectations. I have the one bedroom upgraded, and it is so nice! I thought it was going to be really small, but to my surprise, it is actually pretty spacious. It's very quiet and my neighbors seem nice. We have had an issue already with the AC and it was fixed within a couple of hours. The maintenance person and people in the office are very kind and welcoming. The grounds are well kept and nice. Great office staff they do their very best to help you out they plan family activities to bring everyone together and they have good floor plans if you are looking for a place in Weatherford I recommend these apartments
I think that this is poor management to not live here you don't fix anything is crawling with bugs in your exterminators at terrible and so is their main people do not recommend living here to your friends or family

When i first moved in i liked the place. management was fair, and easy to talk to rent was reasonable they still accept section 8, i liked the maintenance the guy actually did the job and the few times i called for fixes he came and and at least addressed the problem. now the new management seems too money hungry, its hard to get maintenance to fix stuff, even the stuff that belongs to the apartment itself like breezeway lights and street lights. the apartments themselves are situated in a nice (safe) area, good for young fa... read more
Apartments are not being managed or maintained properly.They are constantly at odds with city housing authoriity,ignore maintenance requests.22 move outs last month.The Dallas firm Wells Asset mgmt.does not do proper background checks on employees and the property is not as well maintained as neighboring ones.They thumb their nose at Weatherford Housing Authority and their tenants,all of whom are on disability, elderly,low income etc.The problem is they dont see to maintenance issues as required by the lease and overseen in ... read more
