This a great place to live. My work orders always get resolved within a day or two. Communication is great. New management is great. They keep the area maintained and gardeners weekly. I had issues with previous managers but Mariana has been great. They have a nice clean pool that they always keep up with, they have playground for the kids and they're single unit so no up or downstairs. Office is always open never had issues with that as well.
Joke of an apartment complex. They have no respect for you and do the most minimal for your families protection.

The apartment itself is great, appearance wise it is nice, in a good neighborhood, and is very quiet. One downfall is the pool is a bit cloudy at times, so there have been days where we attempted to swim but didn't due to that. And the Management is by far the WORST MANAGEMENT I have ever experienced from any property I have ever lived at. Currently Heather is the Manager, and from the moment I moved in, the communication was terrible, and her follow up is non existent.
