My sister lives here and has had a roach and spider infestation since she moved in. She also had a gas leak in the unit. Management is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Lisa called a maintenance worker from another location to help my sister with the spiders (not Danny) and he showed up to the unit banging on the door and started CUSSING OUT my sister and told her to contact corporate. Horribly place to call home. Apartments infested with spiders and roaches. Management is not very helpful and showed no intrest in addressing the inhabitable living conditions. This is not the first concern brought to management. Had a gas leak, was immediately reported and was not addressed in a timely manner. It took 2 weeks to get the issue rectified. Resident since December 2021. absolutely love the community and especially the current management and maintenance staff. Lisa Marie cares about her community and Danny and his maintenance team truly care also. Every issue I’ve ever had, has been taken care of promptly and professionally. I had an issue with my ceiling drywall both Danny and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure me, and what was most important at the time, my son were ok. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This a great place to live. My work orders always get resolved within a day or two. Communication is great. New management is great. They keep the area maintained and gardeners weekly. I had issues with previous managers but Mariana has been great. They have a nice clean pool that they always keep up with, they have playground for the kids and they're single unit so no up or downstairs. Office is always open never had issues with that as well.
Joke of an apartment complex. They have no respect for you and do the most minimal for your families protection.
