Updated 4/3/2017- Sad to say this place was slowly getting better as far as the people living here. But the maintenance is still the same, the lack of professionalism and addressing issues with units is reminiscent of low income housing, they are attempting to be different with the same lack of quality work. College Park Apartments, is the worse place to live. Just to update anyone who decide to move there. College park in Addison, Il is infested with bed bugs the management is not professional at all once they receive your money. If you have a visitor and someone did not like them for any reason all the resident have to do is call the office and say that they want you ban from the property without any reason.
