Cannot adjust heat or AC - it is controlled by the building. Bathroom fans are loud and can’t be controlled as well. Fire alarm literally went off 4 times in a week - once at midnight. No garbage organization system either. Elevator is incredibly slow. Would not recommend living here.
Very loud and annoying fire alarm that goes off every other day, Sometimes it also goes off in the middle of the night. Perfect place for someone who is deaf though location and amenities are nice.
very helpful night time security guard on duty when we get into trouble in the carpark area. I think the security service depends on which security staff you met
The management here is infuriating. What kind of management company approves renovations for a unit in the building from 9am-6pm every day for multiple weeks, without notifying the tenants directly around that unit?!?! I literally cannot do my recording based work because my unit sounds like a construction zone with drilling and hammering ALL DAY. This is costing me from being able to do my job.
