I had a perfect experience at college optical. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly through the entire process. They helped me in finding perfect glasses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality eyewear and excellent customer service.
I wish I could give 4.5. I ordered the most expensive prescriptives. The first order was awful from day one. I went to to My Opthamologist to make sure the prescription was correct. She tweaked it. College Optical had to re-do the glasses. I was so worried they would be awful again BUT after only one day of wearing them they are 100% better than the first pair. The Prescriptives company guarantees to get it right even if the first pair aren't working. You get a 90 day Guarantee for refund and re-do. Thanks! College Optical
On February 12, 2025, at 10:40 AM, I called the optical center to inquire about my daughter’s eyeglasses, which I ordered nearly two weeks ago. I was initially assured that the glasses would be ready within two weeks. However, during the call, the employee was incredibly mean and dismissive.
