The quality of products here is not very good. When I headed up the place yesterday with the eyeglass that was frustrated in less than six month they get it and repair it instead of giving new one. But the repair does not lasted 10 minutes. When I come back them for asking warranty they told me you have to pay 20 box for ordering and shipping the same frame. If I would pay I would prefer buy new frame elsewhere.
This place has amazing customer service! I was supposed to receive a rebate for my contacts ordered through them from the contact company, and the contact company did not give me the full rebate, so Matthew at College Optical credited my account with money to purchase glasses. With all of the deals they offer, you can get high quality lenses at a really great price. I highly recommend.
The staff is extremely friendly, the service is simple and fast. I was able to get my eye exam and contact lenses ordered in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend going here for all optical needs.
These guys were amazing! the Dr looked kind of scary, but he was really a great guy. I had been in and out all day trying to pick the right frames for my face. Every time I went in some one came over and would help me with whatever I needed and would give me honest opinions. At the end of the day, the whole team that was closing Wed 9/28 stayed for an extra 10 minutes or so to help me choose what frames looked best out of the 4 I had picked out. After being misdiagnosed twice, Dr Clark was able to correct my vision! Everyone there is super nice and helpful! Tony helped me pick out perfect frames.

I have been going here since I was a freshman at UCF. Now, I have graduated and still order my contact lenses through their office. My contacts arrived at my front door less than 24 hours after I called in my order!! Amazing service and amazing people at the optical. I will continue ordering my contacts through them because they have the best prices.
The staff here are amazing!! Matthew and Tony are so wonderful and helpful!!! Every time I go in for an exam or to have my glasses adjusted (they are plastic so the sun warps them a bit), they are always in such great spirits. They take their time with you from consultations, to helping you pick out glasses, to adjustments. They really care about everyone that walks through their door.
