I think you can tell by the lower reviews that this place is useless. Completely ineffective do not actually follow up policing their incompetent vets and the process takes two to three years ( not exaggerating this is the wait time!) to be reviewed when you put a complaint in. The result is they claim to follow up on complaints but it takes two to three years to actually investigate and they never really do anything. i wish i could rate them 0. absolutely useless place - do not even bother to put in a complaint. they do not do anything to stop incompetent vets harming pets. My complaint against ms.vihos, (cannot call her a doctor), who practices at downtown animal hospital, toronto has been under their review for 3 years, and YET no respond or decision on the case. Such a shame to call themselves a college but not helping pets suffer from pseudo "vets". My pet passed away because of the incompetent vet actions.
Absolutely horrendous what you allow to happen to cats claws and dog ears. Sickening!!
