Fabulous educational experiences here! Ceramics classes were incredible. The inspiration for painting and encouragement from the head of the Art Dept. were perfect to keep me carrying the Double Major. The Math Dept. was outstanding offering me those individual study classes that aren't usually here. Mr. Romer, our inspiring Physics Professor and computer instructor, who showed us what we would be able to do when the Internet became available to all. I love this college, going into my 3 semester here, the professors are really helpful, I never had a question left unanswered even through emails glad to be apart of the COD family! Even though I still have awhile before I get where I'm going I know I have a group of people and professors behind me all the way!
Great school! College of the Desert provides an outstanding education and the campus/people are even better. It's in a great location too-- right by some good Palm Desert spots. Palm Desert 10 Cinemas is a great place for students to spend time and catch limited movie exclusives only offered in that theater. They have the new Stephen Dorff film #TheDebtFilm showing until July 14th if you happen to be near campus, it's a great thriller.
I love the sights and smells the goods and services of this conveniently Centrally located shopping extravaganza!
