If you or someone you love has received negligent care, I would advise a lawyer over submitting your concern to the college. The complaint process is a joke and protects the doctor. There is no effort to protect the public or advocate for the person harmed.

Dr. David A. Porter needs to lose his job before he causes a patient suicide. He blames patients for lack of appropriate boundaries, when that is the doctor's responsibility. He gets other doctors to cover for him instead of being held accountable. He is not concerned with accuracy in research or education. Really a pathetic excuse for a psychiatrist.
