Great location, but super expensive for really small studios. It's a good thing electricity is included in the rent, the lighting in all of these apartments is AWFUL. While working from home I had lamps on all day long even in spring/summer. Would not recommend if you struggle with depression in the winter! Not a lot of storage space. Maintenance crew is not very responsive/ overworked so they sometimes just don't show up when you make an appointment. The "laundy facilities" is 1 washer and 1 dryer in a dark/creepy basement.... read more
