Zach, Desmond and Tycin were very professional and friendly. They completed the job within the quoted time frame! Highly recommend
Scheduled a couch removal from 2-4pm. Never heard from them, called at 4:45, they said it would be another hour. Don't schedule things if you can't show up on time. Edit for response: If you do not provide removal services for Round Rock, and you are not open Sundays - why did you schedule my appointment for junk removal on Sunday at 2pm? I had confirmation with 2 different people on the phone. Fix your administrative procedures.
College Hunks Moving This company saved the day!! Yesterday, my sister and I moved our 95 year old mother into an assisted living facility. We couldn't have done without College Hunks. David, Desmond, and Killian came a little early and evaluated the stuff to be moved. Items were spread out over 3 rooms: furniture, boxes and a hodge podge of bags and small boxes. Absolute worst movers I've ever hired. Damaged my furniture and my floors at the new place. The call center will tell you lies about how they will roll out protection for your floor and take care of your furniture. That is absolutely not what happened. Oh and don't move on a Saturday because "they're tired from moving all week". Do not recommend.
We moved from Austin to Fort Worth. Devin, Killian,Zach and Chi were my team. They were great. They were professional, efficient and the move was flawless. I definitely would recommend them. From the scheduling , estimate and keeping me informed about the move were appreciated. It was a long day for them but from beginning to the end their commitment was appreciated. Thanks for everything.
