Phone staff, moving guys and everyone were courteous, friendly and efficient. Thank you
DO NOT use this location. They straight up refuse to honor their side of the contract. If you go with college hunks use another location. do NOT use the leander location. their movers broke multiple items. When showing them the damage on site, we were simply instructed to "file a claim" which we did. The OWNER responded to the claim email stating "these damages do not look like standard normal moving damages" (a copy and paste response). Unbelievable service! I mean I was truly blown away by my three movers. So kind, and so quick! I was beyond impressed how these guys moved me up 3 flights of stairs. I won't be using any other service to move going forward!
