Bad experience. Damaged most of my furniture, they did not use their protective wrapping and instead placed my items face down on the dirty truck bed littered with screws, scratching up most of my furniture. They stacked everything way too tall in the truck, and it all came crashing down during the drive to the new place, further damaging my property. I have now used College Hunks twice. My first experience was wonderful. Two guys showed up with a branded truck and were so efficient. My second experience could not be worse. There were 3 guys and it took twice as long. They just messed around and chatted. Which causes the price to just go up. They were not in a branded truck. But the worst part is that they stole my tools. I had a very loaded tool bag in a bin and that was the ONLY item not delivered. It was worth about $500 (more than the move). FRAUD ALERT WARNING . I have 2 appointments scheduled today, one for junk at 7am and movers at 9 am. ABSOLUTELY no one showed up to do the move, only the junk. They charge you $99 deposit for a lie. I had them booked for a move today. I was told on booking that they would be there between 8am and 10am. Yesterday they sent me a text that they would be there between 8am and 9am.
