So frustrating. Pickup for donation removal was March 14, 2025. It's now August 2025 and I still do not have the receipt for the donations, despite 3 previous requests. National phone number tells me that they do not have a phone number for their San Diego location. This is maximum annoying and unprofessional. It's also feeling pretty sketchy that they are withholding my receipt for charitable donations. Where is it? Did my stuff really get donated, or just trashed? Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience with College Hunks and our movers Justin, Alex and Johann. They were fast, efficient, accommodating and super helpful making our 100+ mile move as easy as it could have been. They were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. My movers were awesome. They worked so hard even though there was a lot of challenges because of where my apartment was located on the second floor and they were able to hit the time on the estimate on the dot.
