No joke when they say "same day service"!! I had a stove that was damaged during a kitchen remodel that I needed to get removed. I contacted CHHJM around 10:45am and was given a pick-up window of between 11am - 1pm that day! They were at my home by 12:30pm! Shirley was incredibly helpful answering all of my questions and the pick-up team lead by Evan were top-notch! Each person I interacted with was very polite, professional and simply delightful. Brad came the day before to give me an estimate. Three really nice young men came today. They knew exactly what they were doing. They were efficient and worked well with each other. The job was done quickly. They were here on time. They were kind and respectful. They removed a sofa bed, that they took apart plus paint cans. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to call them again. I appreciated their efforts.
If I could give more stars in this review, I would. Brad Ackman was so kind. He drove to my place and went room by room asking me questions about the services I needed/wanted. He answered all my questions and tried to give me the most thorough estimate possible. His estimate was very close to what I ended up paying, in fact his men were so fast (in my case) my bill was lower than what what was estimated.
