I hired College Hunks to move a treadmill in my home. During the move, my brand-new floors were damaged. What has been most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the complete lack of response afterward. Since reporting the issue, I have sent 4 emails, left 3 voicemails, and sent 3 text messages. Not a single call, email, or text has been returned. I understand that accidents can happen. My TV was damaged during my move over a month ago, but that alone is not why I’m leaving this review. Accidents happen, and I understand that damage can occur during a move. Jalen and Joey did an excellent job of quickly removing unwanted items from my home. They were prompt, professional yet friendly and very respectful of my home. have used college hunks several times and I’ve been happy with the results.
