I had a Saturday afternoon appointment for my move. When the movers arrived, they told me their jobs earlier in the day had been much harder than expected and they were too exhausted to move my items. The team lead called the local office to see when another team could be dispatched to move me. It turned out no team would be available for another three days, whereas I had to be out in one. This was an awesome experience. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. They were very professional and friendly. They explained how everything was going to work and then got started. It could not have been easy for them seeing at my new place we did not realize the ac was not working and it was 94 degrees in the shade and in the house. It did not slow them down. VERY IMPORTANT, MUST READ If you are considering choosing them as your movers see below for my experience a week ago: 1. They showed up 2 hours late from their arrival window 2. They sent 2 movers, 1 of which was physically unable to do the job. They asked me to help with their job! I loaded about a third of my own furniture out of necessity. 3. Tzhean-Tarzan and William C. recently helped me move into my new apartment and made the transition incredibly smooth. They were both very professional and I was amazed at how seamlessly they loaded and unloaded my boxes. I did not have much to move- but I did anticipate loading my boxes would take around 30 minutes, however, they got it done in under 15 minutes. Do not use these guys. They broke my $3000 electric fireplace and offered me only $100 to replace it. They are NOT bonded or insured and if anything gets damaged you are ON YOUR OWN!!!

I had 3 guys come on July 30th 2021.Worst move I ever had,one guy was constantly on his phone and lazy.Broke my antique hutch into 2 pieces it was one piece.Stole my debit card information charges total were $3200 that they used.Worst people there names are Andre,Devin,Demetrius.How could they do this.Now the police are involved and im pressing charges against them.I work security and this is just horrible.I will never use your services again.There supervisor Victor Chin took their side.
