Let start by saying that the movers themselves did a great job. They were on time, professional and very careful. No complaints at all. My complaint comes from the company itself. We called a got a quote of $310 to move a heavy curio cabinet from my parent’s house to mine. They said they could it in an hour and they did. We agreed on the price, set up a day and time. I have been trying to be so patient before writing this review. Please read the full thing before you consider booking with this office - I would certainly not recommend. The slightly cheaper prices are not worth the pain of dealing with them. Incredibly, incredibly concerning practices. We used them for our move on July 1. The movers put several dents/gashes in our new home’s walls while moving the furniture in and only one of them was really willing to put the furniture/boxes in the correct room, so most of our items ended... read more

Our “move labor” consisted of poor protection and packing of our furniture and resulted in many items arriving damaged (scratches, dents and even a hold in our china cabinet!). When I called to discuss I was treated rudely and basically told it was all my fault; I didn’t understand the instructions and I didn’t want to pay for padding. Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all!!! First they give the price in the quote and then they end up charging much more than agreed, the guys who did the work asked us for a cash tip, because if you don't put it in the app "they won't give it to them" then when you call to request the breakdown of the invoice, JUSTIN the "owner of the company" has a terrible attitude to clarify the information of what is being charged I will never hire them again!!
