I’ve never gone online to write a review but I was so frustrated with my experience with college hunks RI. I was told I would get a quote for a junk removal job, the team showed up and looked. Over a week and no quote after several calls to customer service. I was passed form phone to phone, told that manager or corporate would connect and nothing. I can’t say enough good things about College Hunks NK. They unloaded my 2 pods into a challenging 100 year old home. AJ, Aaron and Tyler were efficient and friendly and fun to be around. They definitely went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend them!
I'm selling my place and trying to get rid of things before an open house. Called on the 11th to schedule a pick up on the 21st, they wanted to send someone out on the 11th to give me a quote. The person never came on the 11th and then I got an email that they canceled my appointment. They claimed they canceled the appointment cause they couldn't get out to give me a quote on the 11th. Our college hunks were great! Someone came out in person to walk through our house and give us a quote which ended up being very accurate. On moving day, our 2 movers did not stop moving the whole 6.5 hours they were here. They wrapped the furniture that needed it and then placed it exactly where we directed them to. I would definitely recommend!
It was REALLY hot out and I have a ton of stairs and lots of stuff! They were champs - Courteous, Kind, and Professional! Highly recommended
