They didn't bring a dolly so they broke my washer and dryer dropping them down the stairs and when I made a damage claim they ignored me. It's been 2 months, and I have never gotten even a response from them about my claim after I sent it. I've called multiple times and they say they are going to tell my local office but I still never heard from them. Horrible customer service, horrible lazy movers, and expensive.
This is the second time we’ve used College hunks. The first time was for junk removal, and this time was for moving. These guys went above and beyond. Efficient, courteous, and they definitely did not waste a second of their time! We would highly recommend them. And will definitely use College hunks again if we ever need moving services or junk removal!
