I called around 11:45 am and amazingly got a same day appointment window from 12 to 2 pm. Not long after, I received a text message with a photo of the young man who would be showing up to give me a free quote for hauling away my deceased fridge. Almost immediately after that, he called to let me know that he and his coworker worker would arrive within about 30 minutes. Excellent service. On time and courteous employees.
They were polite. The price was very high because they use a medium size truck. I will pick another service company/trash removal service that uses a truck with a trailer.
Price was right, service was right, team was great, handled with care and courtesy. Arrived on time, got it done quickly.
If I could leave no stars I would.... Wasted my time.... I called and scheduled the estimate. They said they would have someone come out. Called them to clarify what I wanted to be picked up and hauled away...They assured me this could be done. Waiting ALL DAY and got the call they were onsite. After they looked at what I needed done, called me back and said they couldn't take it. Thanks for wasting my time and the time it will not take me to get SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT!
