STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY! These guys are by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a team of absolute rookies, very unknowledgeable, ultra slow, and they charged me $229/hr for a weekday move. One of the guys they sent couldn't even unscrew the legs off my couch and ended up damaging my walls and door frame. It took him 20+ mins to unscrew 3 legs and to struggle with the fourth leg for a hot minute. The moved out one of our neighbors and used our driveway to turn around. In the process, they drove over our front yard leaving tire damage in our grass and ran over a sprinkler head. I submitted a complaint online, which went to corporate. The corporate office assured me that the local office would follow-up, but we have heard nothing and they won’t respond to voicemails. I had a move scheduled on 03/28/25 with this company. I had initially called the call center(number on the college hunks website) and then I got a text from Chasity stating that if I called the local office I could get a better rate/discount. Upon contact with Chasity, I got a quote of $730, which was supposed to include the truck/travel fee, and then the hourly rate. This company is terrible. First, they showed up late. Someone was sick so we had to wait. Then we had to help them reposition the horribly positioned furniture so that everything could fit. The worst thing. They broke my property and never reimbursed me for it! It’s been a month. I’ve been sent on a wild goose chase to get what is owed to me! Don’t trust this San Antonio company.
