Do not use College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving. Ever. I wrote this last night (7/26/18) when I got home, but was too tired to post it then. My uncle, who has special needs, moved into his first apartment today. My mom, who lives an hour away and works as a nurse, coordinated his move. From making the appointment to day of the appointment, I was totally satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. Cesar M and Kevin G came to pick up our items. They arrived when they said they would and move our stuff quickly. I will call again when I need this type of service.

Fourth time we've used them: always on time, courteous and careful. We've used them for across town moves and moving heaving items. Today, Shaq & Kevin were our "hunks", and they did a great job moving items from our basement to attic storage. Hauled off unwanted items for donation too!
Biggest ripoff in VA for this type of service. Guy on the phone quoted me about $300 less then what these guys said in person. I moved an entire house for less then what they quoted. We asked them to leave. I am pretty disapppointed Goodwill has them featured on their site but will be bringing to their attention as well that there are 10 other services in the area that are more cost efficient. My advice is keep looking, you have options.
One of the drivers cut me off making a left turn FROM THE RIGHT lane (in Annandale)!!� .. & THEN flipped ME off when I blasted my horn! MFr!! THEN he ran right thru the red lite!! Arrogant jack@assHo!!! � F-them! I'll NEVER recommend !! �
My roommate hired them to move us with the understanding that they would be packing. They did not pack a single item, the wouldn't reconstruct my bed, when one box broke they just left it on the front lawn, they didn't move any of the boxes my friends packed (they came at my emergency call), and they quit halfway through the day. They broke a ton of stuff, and just tossed the house in general. So rather than having a stress free move we had a hell of a day that went from 8 am to 9 pm.
Kevin S., Will and Richard did a great job! Our job was two fold-both hauling away nearly a full truck worth of house (more wire hangers then anyone should ever own) and yard junk in addition to loading packed boxes, exercise equipment and furniture into our POD. They were professional and patient making sure everything was done correctly. The service was also affordable. We highly recommend!!
