My family and I decided to move out of state and have never used movers before. We hired College Hunks to assist with labor. Denari and Javier assisted us on the day. They both kept us informed of their arrival, and as soon as they arrived they got to work. These two were polite, understanding and had clear communication with us. Booked appointment online for 1/8 of a truck. 1 couch removal. They don't explain that they quote you when they are there and there are 13 price points. They added all kinds of fees and in the end they wanted $238. They are there. You have 2 choices. Pay the more than double fee or let them walk out and you're stuck with the stuff you wanted taken away. VERY POOR business practice and employee couldn't tell me how we went from $109 teaser rate to $238. I will never use this service again!
