My friend trusted you twice before to help her move, but this time, she was not pleased. I got a frantic call from her to finish helping her move because not only did the guys do a halfass job, they left half her stuff from the old apartment there and never finished moving her stuff. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I was going to use ya'll to help move my parents but with the disaster I saw, I rather do it myself.

Where do I even begin!??!?!?! The WORST experience with any movers and/or professional company we've EVER experienced!!! Broke things in our home, way over priced, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, whether it be for a one room move, or an entire house!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Messed my brand spanking new washer up, dinged my walls up and a ton of stuff.... they wanna give me 60 cents a pound for my washer that is ridiculous I’m prob gonna have to take em to court..... not a professional company by any means some guy by himself tried to lift my $1200 washer upstairs..... not a fan of this company by any means they’re trying to bs me around smashed my washer up and dry wall.... won’t use em again and probably gonna have to sue em! Freaking crappy business they’re running for sure
RecommendedPreston and Art made my daughter’s college move such a smooth transition. Always had a smile and asking what else they could do, even after needing engineering degrees to put together her IKEA bed.😉🤗 I would definitely recommend their 5 star service!
RecommendedI am disabled and had a agency paying for me to move..hunks decided they would keep both my payment that was supposed to be refunded when state sent money...no they kept it thieves liars and lazy
One of the worst experiences of our lives. Thinking we had reliable help in a big lifetime and important change- not to mention 3 kids and a 5/6 week old newborn at home, to be let down just hours before we needed them. The hunks claimed Covid positive and unable to move us. Then come to find out they continued to move other families....Never again will we trust their service and I would strongly recommend our family and friends learn from our TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I recently had this company scheduled to do my move. Roughly 12 hours before they were scheduled to arrive, I received a call from them saying they were not able to do my move because every single one of their employees was being put into quarantine for 14 days due to a positive Covid test. I was first shocked, then mad but ultimately understood. Just today, I was scrolling through Twitter when I saw a post showing a picture of a College Hunks truck which had just pulled up to do this persons move. Now how would this be poss... read more
