The house brand caulking (only caulking available) is absolute trash, they don't carry basic brands like Alex Plus or Dynapro.
Nice and always helpful. Agree they hire differently abled folks. The owners seem to be no nonsense but in no way are they rude. Last time I bought some silicone sealer and caulk gun she made sure I knew what I was doing.
RUDE STAFF - I was downstairs in the electronic parts section alongside a few other customers. It's 5:53pm, the older male employee enters the room, immediately TURNS OFF THE LIGHTS while telling us they're closing. He would not turn them back on, he didn't care we could hardly see, he didn't care the store wasn't actually closing yet. I used spend thousands of dollars a year here, I happily took my business elsewhere.
Twice I have gone in about a half hour before closing only to have an absolutely panicked staff member rush me and pressure me the whole time. I stated immediately what I was there for (paint swatches, bankers boxes) and assured I would be out before close (which I was). Also was charged 75 cents per paint swatch. Who does that? It assured we ended up not buying the paint from there. This place hates customers.
If there was a zero I would give it to them. Worst store ever, I wanted a sample paint color to test for a wall at home (those tiny paper samples) - every store they give them out for free so you can go test and come buy. They wanted to charge me ~$1 each and when I asked about the rule they were wishy washy about it. I asked who is your manager? she said I am the manager.
