All I can say boy how things change in 6 years. I presently live here and I’m disabled on social security and paying more than 60% of my benefits. The lease to move in must be read before you sign because you’re signing all your rights away. They have you sign saying if anything happens rather your fault or property fault that will cause any injuries to you or visitors you can not sue. Management is very nice until you move in.
