pointment with our original vet causing my dogs to suffer longer with their issues we could have been seen for. I will never take my animals to this so called ER vet again! The rudeness and lack customer care and the refusal to help an animal in distress. I would hate to think about how they would treat a Emergency patient especially one that it's owner in a panic or rushed the animal in without grabbing documents that are not listed in the website or verbally expressed until arrival.
