Everything was as great as a colonoscopy could be! The two Karens (the nice kind!), Hailey, and I think it was "Paulette" or "Pauline" were all congenial yet professional (I'm sure I didn't get all the names). I felt perfectly at ease. I had Dr. Parks five years ago and was glad to have him again. I'm sorry I gave them five stars. I wanted to give them ten! Wait: ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆. There!
Nurses were great. Check-in, pre op great. Anesthesia not great(extreme pain while administering). Post op Great.
The staff at the procedure center were extremely professional, respectful, and pleasant from check in to check out. Their demeanor lessened any nervousness I had about the procedure. I highly recommend.
Friendly doctors and nurses, clean place
Everyone was very pleasant and efficient.
