Front desk staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. They said I I have to make an appointment to when it’s literally a walk-in clinic. And they don’t like to answer the phone you have to call 3 or 4 times and when they do answer it’s usually one of them and you get their attitude. AVOID this place 2/10.
While the doctors are excellent, the front desk staff can be quite unfriendly. It's hard to understand how someone working in healthcare can show so little compassion. On top of that, their hours are inconsistent and unclear. They say appointments aren't allowed, yet some people seem to come in at specific times — which feels confusing and a bit dishonest. I come here only out of necessity.
I stood in front of the plexiglass as two girls sat before me. One of them was on the phone, the other one was avoiding making eye contact with me so I didn’t know whether to approach her or wait until I was addressed. The girl on the phone rolled her eyes at me and pointed to the other girl, signaling me to go talk to her. I walk up to the plexiglass in front of the other girl and she still will not look up at me. The doctor takes lunch from 11am to 3pm!!! That's disrespectful! DO NOT GO THERE, system is slow & obsolete
