Lived here for 4 years, work orders were completed and great communication from the office. Perfect for me as I was a student and loved how close I was to the school and riverwalk access.

PLEASE READ: The worst management in the world, starting with Jessica from the leasing office. please read this before renting in this place, they will take your deposit 100%. My husband and I only lived 7 months, they don't give us the money at all and they took our entire deposit "for the paint and clean the carpet". The renovated apartments are not renovated at all, they just paint them and that's it. You must also be prepared to live with the homeless, there is no control.
