Should've read the reviews before going here. Arrived for ultrasound on time for an early-morning appointment and didn't get seen for nearly 40 minutes. Meanwhile, two people came in later than me and got seen earlier somehow. I can see why the other reviews cite the place as being disorganized. Will avoid in the future. 2 stars because at least the technician apologized for the wait and was efficient.
Helma was so lovely! I felt very comfortable during the process of getting the ultrasound. The front desk staff were also very communicative about the change in date and were welcoming 🙏

D-Anne? I’m sorry I don’t know how to spell her name. I had to go in for an ultrasound and while waiting, I saw her working hard at a fast paced, getting things done but in a friendly warm manner. She didn’t keep anyone waiting and seemed so proactive but gentle with the elderly. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful!
I came here for an X-ray today and had a wonderful experience. There was no appointment required for X-rays as I had a requisition from my doctor. I checked in with the receptionist who was extremely kind and when asked about the wait time, she informed me that it will be very quick (approximately 15 minutes). There were other patients in the waiting room and more people coming in, however I was seen after 20 minutes which was not bad of a wait at all!
