Nice apartment community. Great price and fair amities. Pros: low monthly rent for all. Con: no in-unit laundry, dishwasher.
The 1b1b apartment has enough space and their maintenance is quick and efficient. I have stayed here for one year and I’m satisfied with the location: it nears the park as well as all the grocery stores. But if there is something I might feel uncomfortable would be the insects on the first floor. There is also an advantage of that because you can see more fire flies in the summer time. I probably will report a update to see whether they charge a reasonable price for the deposit when I leave the apartment.
