I ordered an item 6 days ago, but my order hasn't shipped and my credit card was charged almost immediately. The shipping statement for this company is that merchandise will be shipped within 4 business days. Since the company is located in Georgia, I would expect that making a phone call to find out why the shipping time has come and gone. But when I called, I could not get a real person on the line.
